*Returns policy: Any order may be cancelled with no charge before despatch, or returned for refund if in acceptable condition. Items of an intimate nature (eg underwear, sex toys etc) must be unopened. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items and proof of postage must be supplied. If the order was despatched by courier or insured delivery, the customer is liable for our despatch costs.
