Enlargement Exercises


Important! Start each penis enlargement session by applying heat to your penis for at least five minutes. Using a cloth soaked in warm water or a microwave heating pad work well. You should repeat applying heat every 10 to 15 minutes during your enlargement workout. This will relax the tissues in your penis and increase blood flow. The heat is very important and will help speed up your gains so don't skip it! Also you should be in a warm room while working out (applying heat is one of the key steps to enlargement that will help you succeed in adding size to your penis!)

Below are some exercise examples


Hot Compress Method
Place a washcloth in warm water , wring off any excess water. Wrap the cloth around the shaft of your penis. Hold it there for approximately one minute - then repeat a couple of times Dry off your penis. This should ensure a good grip for the stretching exercises below.


Stretching Exercises
With your penis in its flaccid state, take one hand and grip firmly around the base of your penis. Be careful not to cut off too much circulation. Pull your penis out directly in front of yourself. Stretch it as far as you can without any pain or discomfort. Hold it there for five minutes. Each minute pull your penis out a little further. Relax for a minute. Twirl your penis in a circular motion for about 30 rotations. This will hep to get the circulation returning to your penis. Repeat the exercise four more times - pulling your penis in a different direction every time. After you have completed the exercise 5 times, pull your penis out directly in front of you one more time. Give your penis a good strecth and 10 slight tugs outward, not too hard.
